Withdrawal Notice
Consumers have the following right of withdrawal if the contract was concluded exclusively using distance communication means:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bellona Cashmere & Horn GmbH, represented by Managing Director Dipl.-Kfm. Tim Klein, Richard-Wagner-Weg 40, 64287 Darmstadt, Telephone: +49 (0)6151 39463 40, Fax: +49 (0)6151 39463 44, E-Mail: [email protected]) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case not later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal of this contract was received by us. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminution in the value of the goods if this diminution is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
